Sr. Accounting Manager

Job Description

Oversees the accounting department, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the construction or real estate industry is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
